I have gone to some Vets, their staff treat you and your baby like you mean nothing to them, because you are not from the clientele they cater to. This clinic was very nice and welcoming. So thank you to the staff of this clinic, for making us feel wanted, no matter how much or little money we had and not be judgemental.

Great people, Doctor Broome is amazing although very busy. That is the only down side Doctor Broomes' popularity keeps her full all the time. She also does a lot of special care for Horses, local animal controls agencies, and rescues.

Since I moved to Mississippi, I’ve been going to miss Jackie. She is very awesome and cares about our babies. Her staff is very nice. I get all my animals fixed there as well as their shots. My baby is in the hospital as we speak , with her. had a little complications after the surgery , neutering but she told me to bring him right back because of swelling and she is taking care of my baby right now. He is in great hands with her and I know this I would definitely recommend her to anyone hands up all day long.

Even with late notice, Dr. Broome helped my cat move on. The process was peaceful and she was respectful.

I have never had such an amazing experience at a veterinary clinic as I’ve had with Dr. Broome. From the moment you walk in, you can truly feel how much she cares—not only for our fur babies, but for their owners too. I originally brought my dog in for what I thought was just a cyst she’d had for years. To my surprise, Dr. Broome discovered it was actually a tumor that required a much larger operation. She did an incredible job removing the mass, and throughout the entire process, she kept me calm and reassured—even when I was overwhelmed and worried. After surgery, my dog kept ripping her stitches out (the tumor was on her shoulder blade, so every movement stretched the incision). Each time I brought her back, Dr. Broome treated her with the same level of care, patience, and compassion as the very first visit. She never made me feel like a burden for coming back; instead, she reassured me that I was doing everything right and that my dog was going to be okay. The professionalism, dedication, and genuine love for animals that Dr. Broome shows means the world to me. I am beyond grateful for everything she has done for my pup and for me. Thank you, Dr. Broome, from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Broome has treated all my pets since I was a kid. She is honest, reliable, and works with those who can't afford high bills. I refer everyone to her bc she is just that AWESOME. I've never had an issue & if I did she handle it quickly. I made sure I & my family were able to spend time with my Chaos bf I let him cross the 🌈 🌉. She has handle 3 other pets crossings for my family with compassion. There are so many things I ❤ about doc.

Even though it can be slow when you go in they work understaffed be patient with them they do amazing and they are one of the only places that I know of that actually has a heart for rescues. I can't say enough good things about how they treat the rescues that are brought in there. They are saving lives that other people have given up on or tossed out. If you can support them in any way please do. They are amazing.

I dropped my 96 pound dog off to get fixed. They literally had to carry him in a blanket the whole entire time because he refused to walk. He was so scared However, bye the end of the night, he was in love with the girls there they definitely treated him well because he is not a dog that makes friends easily. This is definitely a place that loves animals and will do whatever they need to make an animal be comfortable

Jackie has been my vet since I got my first miniature schnauzer in 1992 and has had my business every since my first dog. They provide excellent care, reasonable prices and are very helpful with education regarding your pet, responsive to emergencies and quality care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
